Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ZumTrack application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the app.
These terms apply to all users of the app, including free users and premium subscribers. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
About ZumTrack
ZumTrack is a call activity simulation application. It generates fictional, algorithmically produced data including simulated call logs, messages, and location history based on a phone number entered by the user.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ZumTrack only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, or cause harm to any individual
- Present simulated data to others as real or factual information
- Deceive or mislead any person using simulated outputs from the app
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for commercial surveillance, monitoring, or data collection
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms without prior notice.
Subscriptions and Billing
ZumTrack offers optional premium subscriptions processed through Google Play In-App Billing and managed by RevenueCat.
- Billing: Subscriptions are charged in advance on a recurring weekly or monthly basis through your Google Play account
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through the Google Play Store. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. We do not independently process refunds
- Free tier: A limited free tier is always available. Premium is optional and not required for basic app usage
Intellectual Property
All content, design, source code, graphics, and assets within ZumTrack are the intellectual property of the ZumTrack development team and are protected under applicable copyright law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ZumTrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We do not warrant that simulation data is accurate or reflective of real-world events
- We do not warrant that the app will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the ZumTrack team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, reliance on simulated data, or third-party service failures.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app in the twelve months prior to the claim, or Rs. 100 (Indian Rupees), whichever is greater.
Third-Party Services
ZumTrack uses RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to their services. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
All payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not access or store any payment or billing information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice via the app where reasonably possible.
Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
